The Pinnacle Group operates five independent pharmacies across the Southeastern United States. Although Pinnacle pharmacies offer the same medications and services as national brands, what they do different is put customer service Front and Center. Pinnacle's mission is to provide the highest quality of care with exceptional customer service, thereby ensuring a best-in-class experience for all of their patients.
My Role
The Pinnacle group operates compounding and concierge pharmacies under three different brand names – Herold’s, NCP, and Gateway. Herold’s and Gateway are compounding pharmacies (produce customized medications), and NCP is a concierge pharmacy (customer service focused). I was approached by the Pinnacle VP of Sales to provide outsourced marketing services. My primary responsibilities were producing marketing collateral for each of their brands, and providing sales enablement tools for the sales team. I created both patient and physician focused marketing collateral, technical flyers, designed and built the NCP website, and developed customized digital prescription forms for physicians.

Created a unique brand identity for each pharmacy, and ensured consistent messaging across all content
Developed media that targeted different stages of the customer journey.

Custom Digital Prescription Forms
Offered as a service to partner physicians.
- Allowed doctors to customize their Rx pads with specific medications for conditions they regularly treat.
- Increased provider efficiency and created a seamless experience for patients.
