Herbal Bliss was a purveyor of premium, 100% all-natural teas and energy drinks. Featuring unique flavors such as Lemongrass, Jasmine, and Ginger Honey, all of Herbal Bliss’ beverages were made using only the finest ingredients, and contained no additives or preservatives.
My Role
Originally hired to drive customer and revenue growth through strategic business development and existing account optimization. Charged with growing the company’s retail footprint through new account generation and establishing new distribution channels. Tasked with developing a strategic plan to sell inventory based on product expiration that maximized revenue. Oversaw all aspects of the sales cycle including: prospecting, meeting with C-Suite decision makers, addressing concerns and objections, and providing exceptional account management. Increased sales by 185% within 90 days.

- Redesigned HB website, updated all sales & promotional collateral, and launched social media accounts.
Launched omnichannel marketing campaign.
- Ensured all channels were properly connected & synergistic, and the proper brand message was consistently presented.
Marketing Collateral
Herbal Bliss teas and energy drinks had seperate logos, and the tea logo was often unusable due to its aspect ratio. Secondary logos are similar to each primary logo, but can be used to represent both products. Logos feature a simplified design & more friendly aspect ratios.





Web Design & Development
Completely redesigned and rebuilt the Herbal Bliss website, transforming a mundane, static website into an information hub and income producing asset.
Fully responsive design to ensure device compatability.
Added E-commerce to support direct sales
First nationwide distrubution channel, helped overcome store availability constraints.
Featured store locater functionality.
Maintained and regularly updated website as necessary.




Social Media
Created and managed Herbal Bliss' Facebook and Instagram acccounts.
Increased brand visibility and brand awareness.
Created an online community to drive customer interaction and increased customer interaction.
Drove prospects and customers to the updated website and online store.
Posts featured product information, promotions, store availability, and user generated content.
Created the 'follow/find your bliss' campaign. Encourgaed followers to submit pics enjoying a Herbal Bliss beverage where they 'find bliss'.
