The Pinnacle Group operates five independent pharmacies across the Southeastern United States. While offering the same medications and services as national brands, Pinnacle differentiates itself by putting customer service front and center. Their mission is to deliver the highest quality of care with exceptional service, ensuring a best-in-class experience for every patient.
My Role
The Pinnacle Group manages compounding and concierge pharmacies under three brands: Herold’s, NCP, and Gateway. Herold’s and Gateway specialize in compounding customized medications, while NCP focuses on concierge-level customer service. I was engaged by the VP of Sales to provide outsourced marketing services, primarily developing marketing collateral for each brand and creating sales enablement tools for the sales team. My work included designing patient- and physician-focused marketing materials, producing technical flyers, building the NCP website, and developing customized digital prescription forms for physicians.
